LONDON (UK) – All international arrivals will be out through tougher testing while in quarantine. However, no final decision has yet been taken, Environment Secretary George Eustice said on Tuesday.
ITV reported that all international arrivals would have to be tested for COVID-19 on days two and eight while in quarantine.
“There is a case for doing some testing during quarantine, we already have a provision so they can test to release from quarantine earlier,” Eustice told local media. “We’re obviously looking at this to see whether we can strengthen these measures further.”
