Russian President Vladimir Putin does not plan to attend the upcoming G20 summit in India in person, said the Kremlin on Friday, reported Reuters news agency. Putin risks arrest when travelling abroad after the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued a warrant against him accusing the Russian President of war crimes in Ukraine.
Putin attended the recently concluded BRICS summit in South Africa by video link.
The G20 summit will take place from September 9 to 10 where a G20 Leaders’ Declaration will adopted at the conclusion of the New Delhi Summit
