SEOUL (S KOREA) – On Saturday, South Korea reported 970 new coronavirus cases, informed the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA),on Sunday. The national tally currently stands at 56,872 cases, with 808 deaths.
The country had logged in a record 1,241 infections on Friday. With the latest development government plans to hold a meeting on Sunday, after which it may tighten distancing rules to the toughest level for the greater Seoul area.
