TOKYO (JAPAN) – Japan continues to struggle with rising COVID cases. On Saturday Tokyo reported 1,809 infections of the new coronavirus on, its government said.
Earlier this week Japan expanded a state of emergency in the capital area to seven more prefectures to stem a surge in COVID-19 infections.
